After seperating and cleaning the parts from the sprues and casting blocks, I washed all parts down in warm water and washing-up liquid.

Whilst they were air drying, I set about designing the instruments for the IP panel (there are no decals or anything for them).

I started by scanning in the Photo Etch panel and in AutoCAD I created the dials and gauges, using Steve Ginter's book on the Tiger for reference. I then imported the finished drawing into Illustrator and printed it out on to photo paper. The cockpit parts were painted up and the paper instruments were glued to the back of the PE using Klear, then the paper superglued to the IP plinth.

Main Paint job done. Colours used were Humbrol 154 for the yellow, Alclad Alumininum and Tamiya TS-15. I am going to apply the decals first, then I will repaint the cockpit rear deck.
