Major assembly nearly completed. Just need to start masking the canopies ready for painting

Painting commences. Another attempt at "preshading". I mixed too much paint when doing the canopy frame black and rather than waste it I sprayed along the panel lines. After an overnight drying session, I sprayed the Humbrol 127 (FS*6375) on the underside, then Humbrol 128 (FS*6320) on the top, nose sides and part of the rear sponsons. should look good with extra weathering at the end.

Build is progressing .. slowly. GRU-7 Seats for all 4 Cats nearly complete. I just need to add silver for the buckles and drybrush them.
All decals on and sealed in. Oil wash is next.

With the hot weather and humidity here in the UK, it is affecting these builds. I finally got around to applying an oil wash today, and hopefully tomorrow will be able to flat coat it.
