After a long weekend main assembly work is nearly completed. The canopies are all masked up. Once I have finished the Pilots coamings I can install the windshields and get ready for some painting.

Decalling completed. Once again VF Decals going on very quickly with the minimum of effort - it helps when there aren't any of those pesky "NO STEP" markings as well. I was admiring my handiwork when I noticed I had forgotten to paint the anti glare panel on the nose, so crossing my fingers, I will seal the decals, do a panel wash then mask and apply the panel before finishing up.
Completed. After sealing the decals, an oil wash of Winsor & Newton Raw Umber and White Spirits was applied and the excess wiped off. Giving it a day to cure I then gave it a Pollyscale Acrylic Satin coat and added all the landing gear, doors, pitots and canopy.
